"Try to understand men. If you understand each other you will be kind to each other. Knowing a man well never leads to hate and almost always leads to love."

‎"How lovely to think that no one need wait a moment, we can start now, start slowly changing the world. How lovely that everyone, great and small, can make their contribution...how we can always, always give something, even if it is only kindness
- Anne Frank

Next time, ask: What’s the worst that will happen? Then push yourself a little further than you dare.
Once you start to speak,
people will interrupt you, put you down and suggest it’s personal.
And the world won’t end.

And the speaking will get easier and easier.
And you will find you have fallen in love with your own vision, which you may never have realized you had.
And you will lose some friends and lovers, and realize you don’t miss them.
And new ones will find you and cherish you.

And at last you’ll know with surpassing certainty that only one thing is more frightening than speaking your truth.
And that is not speaking.
"What if you woke up today with only the things you thanked god for yesterday?"

"Reality is merely an illusion,
albeit a very persistent one.

- Albert Einstein

“The keys to patience are acceptance and faith. Accept things as they are, and look realistically at the world around you. Have faith in yourself and in the direction you have chosen.”-Ralph Marston
‎"There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love; there's only a scarcity of resolve to make it happen."
- Wayne Dyer

If you desire love in your life, cultivate it yourself, in your own dreams and desires, in the mark you want to make during your brief span here, in the lessons learned, in the smiles as much as the scars. Fill yourself up with loverather than waiting for someone to do it for you.

the opposite of love is apathy, and hate is really the same as love.  if you're so consumed by hatred of someone, you might as well be loving them,  because you're thinking about them for the same amount of time.

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless."
